Localization in sensor networks produces a major impact on improving the network lifetime of nodes. Cluster formation and head election are key criteria for increasing energy efficiency network. In existing schemes, focus cluster localization with multi-hop environment is not considered balanced to attain stable this research, Dynamic Energy Efficient model explored reduce consumption through geographical position work, region formed server nodes, Head (CH)is elected based significant parameters, i.e. node energy, delay between nodes distance These parameters maintained at threshold level choose head. Network topology created vertices ease deployment most accuracy. Multiple paths discovered route packets selection reliable path least metric. Data transmission begins efficient establishment members accuracy error. Simulation results taken analysed using simulator tool, performance metrics, location accuracy, delay, packet delivery ratio, throughput, percentage, were show improvement proposed model.
